WHAT TO EXPECT...


When we receive your report our Project Officer will get in touch to discuss what has happened.  She will make a record of your report and answer your questions about the service we offer. 

We are always guided by what you want to happen.  If you decide to speak with our caseworker he will meet with you to talk about the following:-

  • Your rights
  • Advice and support available for the things that affect you.
  • Ask you if you want to involve other organisations to help get your problem sorted out (e.g. police, local authority or your housing provider).
  • Make you aware of all of your options - by the end of the interview you will understand and have a choice of where to go from here.
When you have chosen where you want to go with your case we will help you to get there  if it is at all possible, we will keep you informed at every stage.

Alternatively you can make an anonymous report if you wish to bring our attention to an incident that you have either witnessed or been a victim of.  You can pick up a form from any of the following locations.
